- Free facility assessment (Click here for estimate)
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Sweep, mop and clean entrance area
- Tile/wood/resilient floors swept and mopped
- Thorough dusting
- Restrooms thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Clean and sanitize water fountains
- Entrance glass cleaning
- Kitchen and break room cleaning
We also offer other services upon request:
- Low-speed floor buffing (with a quality spray buff)
- High-speed floor burnishing (for solid "wet look")
- Stripping and waxing of resilient floors (VCT)
- Window washing
The above cleaning options are general and can be taken away from or added to at the request of our clients. As a valued client, you will be assigned a personal account manager who will create a customized maintenance program for you with your needs and expectations in mind.
